A 6 week women’s workshop for turning towards what’s next

If you could use your occupational skills towards changing the world, what change would you make?

You could keep doing what you’ve been doing for the next ten years… but do you wonder if it might be time to take a risk?

Or maybe you’ve already taken a risk, and you’d love more support.

Or you’ve been out of work and you wonder if it’s even possible to do something that would feel really good to you.

Or do you love what you do, but you’ve got time and energy to put towards a dream that’s whispering to you?

Your seed of longing to do something different is there for a reason. I want to help you bring it to reality.

Here are four things I can help you crystallize:

– Where would you love to aim your occupational energy to bring joy and satisfaction to both yourself and the larger world? If you’re already aiming that way, what would it look like to fully honor your vision?

– How do you get from here to there?

– How do you decide what to do when?

– If you’re stepping outside the familiar, how do you get the support you need (money, people, structure)?

We’ll meet in a small group (no more than 7) structured to inspire and support each other. The interactive sessions will be a mix of skill-building and real-time workshopping. At the end of the 6 sessions, you’ll have made tangible progress towards getting clear on your vision and turning it into reality. And you’ll take with you a toolkit of practices, a network of support, and next steps to keep you going.

“There’s magic in the way we’ve all been showing up for each other: so much compassion and trust and seeing the best in each other. Exercising that muscle in this setting is helping me extend that compassion to myself.” – Summer 2025 Coming Into Fullness participant

Starts Tuesday, September 30th

6 x 90 minute sessions via Zoom

5am PT / 8am ET / 2pm Paris time (Note: a West Coast-friendly cohort starts later in the fall – let me know if you want to be notified about that.)

Meets every Tuesday for six sessions.

Investment:

Early bird, through August 24th: $599
August 25th and after: $699

An intimate, interactive cohort isn’t for everyone. But if it sounds like the kind of structure and support you’re interested in, I’d love to talk to you. Reach out to me here, call, or text me. If it feels like a fit, I’ll give you the link to register.

About the facilitator, Amanda Blaine:

I was successful in the accepted ways: degrees from Princeton and Harvard, coveted leadership roles in my field. But I felt like I was doing someone else’s agenda. I didn’t feel like my one precious life was making the difference that I most desired in my heart of hearts.

On top of that, I wanted a romantic partner. I faced failed relationship after failed relationship. Turns out, the striving, “make things happen” approach that got me to the top in my work life wasn’t helping my dreams of partnership and family.

Getting to a new low motivated me to learn a new way of approaching my goals that went against so much of what I knew. But with a community of support and this new way of being, I met and married the man of my dreams. Then we had a baby – not long after I turned 43.

The changes I made in my personal life felt so good. So I tried them in my work. The new approach worked even better than I hoped. From just one conversation, I pivoted to a new professional role. I was doing my heart’s desire professionally. I multiplied my impact working half the time. It was scary to make so much change. But I kept going, because I was having more fun, dreaming bigger, and taking much better care of my body and heart.

I want to help other women like you make changes you love, too! It felt impossible to me, and it might feel that way to you, too. It takes courage to try anyway!

From those who have worked with me:

I feel so well resourced and supported. The group has given me strength/belief to pursue creative endeavors.

– Andy R.

You’re a true inspiration for what you do. Not a lot of people are accustomed to this kind of work and you facilitate so warmly and gently and so consciously that it makes even attacking uncomfortable things so much easier.

– Ashlie S.

Thank you, Amanda, for listening closely to me and assisting me in listening to my own innate wisdom so that I can imagine and step forward on the path that is uniquely and powerfully mine.

– Monica B.
